About This Role

Cirrus Capital Partners is actively seeking three "scouts", much like one would find in venture capital firms, to leverage their knowledge and community around *non-dilutive capital solutions, specifically venture debt and growth debt instruments.

You will drive crucial relationships with innovative technology companies building our future, and in many instances be the face and first impression of Cirrus Capital Partners to our growing network of clients, referral partners and credit investors.

This is a FRACTIONAL, CONTRACTED role, paid hourly for select project-based assignments and with meaningful upside and variable compensation for successfully consummated engagements and transactions.

Who Is Our Ideal Market Partner?

  • Previous, Current or Future Founders
  • University students pursuing undergraduate or graduate-level degrees related to finance, economics and computer science with a pulse on who's building the "next big thing"
  • Professionals working in tech or finance, wishing to leverage non-dilutive venture debt / growth debt to their respective network
  • Professionals looking to break into an exciting career in private credit, venture debt, or TMT banking

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in each of our financing instruments offered and clearly articulate our value proposition in a compelling way that leads to strong conversion and efficient onboarding.
  • Own business development, build a book of business within the greater business.
