Ladders, a leader in the Business Services space, seeks a Venture Ops Lead in New York to translate assessments into contracted services and define deliverables with clear capacity and renewal criteria. This role partners with senior operational stakeholders to coordinate engagements, support commercialization outcomes, and strengthen value realization and reporting.

Location: New York, NY. This position is US-based with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of venture operations experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor engagement and convert assessments into contracted services.
• Define deliverables and ensure capacity and renewal criteria are documented.
• Coordinate with the Venture Operations Officer on Washington, D.C. engagements.
• Use assessments to inform origination priorities and return requirements to analytic owners.
• Review commercial outcomes, resolve issues, and report realized value.
• Manage source-sharing decisions and record rights and onboarding contacts.
• Adjust engagement sequences based on evidence and partner demand.
