Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; ten (10) or more years of venture operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor engagement and convert assessments into contracted services and continuing advisory programs.
• Define deliverables, timelines, and renewal criteria; document capacity and renewal reviews.
• Coordinate with the Venture Operations Officer on engagements and partner follow-up.
• Use assessments to inform origination priorities and return investor requirements to analytic owners.
• Review outcomes, resolve issues, and report realized value and renewal evidence for decisions.
• Manage source-sharing decisions with counsel and record rights, recipients, and onboarding contacts.
• Protect analytic independence and separate direct consideration from non-cash economics.
• Adjust engagement sequences as evidence, capacity, and partner demand change across markets.
