InforCapital in New York City seeks a VC Managing Director at Engage Partners to lead technology, life sciences and energy technology investments. You will source deals, perform analyses, and supervise due diligence and financial models in collaboration with a team of Principals, Associates and Analysts.

You will draft and negotiate term sheets, engage with management and investors, and oversee valuation work while guiding portfolio performance and market trends to optimize returns.

Responsabilidades

• New Business Development: Establish/maintain relationships with venture capital and private equity firms, as well as life science companies and other sources of business opportunities.
• Identify potential new investment prospects, perform initial review and present viable opportunities to the Investment Committee.
• Identify Life Science sub-sector opportunities and supervise research by Principals, Associates, and Analysts.
• Draft initial term sheets, expressions of interest, or letters of intent and negotiate with management or investors.
• Lead due diligence and supervise valuation analyses, financial models, and sensitivities.
• Draft investment memoranda for IC review and ensure fidelity to deal terms under supervision.
