• Portfolio Management & Value Creation: Actively manage portfolio companies and drive value creation through strategic guidance.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Contribute to fundraising efforts and articulate the firm's healthcare strategy to LPs.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior professionals and foster a high-performance investment culture.
• Strategic Contribution & External Representation: Shape firm strategy and represent the firm at industry events.
