Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated boutique in corporate, M&A, startup/venture, or private equity.
• Experience with technology or life sciences clients is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support venture financings across all stages (seed through late-stage growth).
• Assist with buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction workstreams.
• Work directly with founders, investors, and in-house counsel.
• Collaborate across practice groups on complex transactional matters.
