Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top Big Law firm with 3+ years focused on M&A.
• Comfort with navigating deal structures and complex transactions.
• Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft/Negotiate deal-related documents e.g., LOIs and merger agreements.
• Coordinate diligence and closing processes.
• Advise clients on risk, structure, and trade-offs.
