Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami, FL seeks an Emerging Growth and Venture Capital Associate to work with emerging growth companies and institutional investors on venture capital financings and M&A transactions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience, is admitted to the Florida bar, and holds a JD from an accredited law school. AmLaw 100 experience is preferred. Strong research, drafting, and client-relations skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emerging Growth/Venture Capital experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms preferred.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transactions.
• Draft briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies.
• Participate in hearings and negotiations.
