The ideal candidate is admitted in California and has 4+ years of relevant experience along with strong research and communication skills. Candidates with AmLaw 100 background are preferred; JD from an accredited law school is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• Experience with venture capital financings and M&A helpful.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Participate in hearings and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Engage in professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to firm programs and community involvement.
