Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami seeks a Corporate Attorney with 5–8 years of experience focusing on emerging growth companies, venture capital financings, M&A, and corporate governance.

The attorney will mentor junior lawyers, manage due diligence, and interact with partners, clients, and staff to deliver high-quality work products. Travel for client meetings and business development may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firms preferred.
• Familiarity with NVCA, seriesseed.com, and Y Combinator forms.
• Experience in preferred stock, bridge, and SAFE financings.
• Ability to manage due diligence on M&A transactions.
