• Experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to tech, life sciences or middle-market companies.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
• Direct AmLaw 100 firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case/transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft well-written, error-free legal documents including briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution with strong judgment.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular updates and professional communication.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals to develop innovative strategies.
