Job summary

DLA Piper in the United States is seeking a Leveraged Finance & Fund Finance Associate with 2+ years PQE. You will work on Private Credit and Fund Finance transactions within the Leveraged Finance subgroup, supporting lead arrangers and lenders across marquee deals in New York and Los Angeles.

You will advise on direct loans, NAV loans, and corporate borrowings, coordinating with borrowers, issuers and corporate teams to structure, negotiate and close financing arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ PQE as of August 2026 focusing on Leveraged Finance and Fund Finance.
• Experience handling Private Credit and Fund Finance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advising lead arrangers, direct lenders, sub‑line lenders and NAV lenders on complex leveraged finance deals.
• Collaborating with borrowers, issuers and corporates across debt capital markets.
