Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fund Controller to manage the full financial lifecycle of venture funds, including partnership accounting, monthly close, LP communications and fund-level reporting. You will be a trusted operator that GPs lean on, with a background from VC/PE or Fund Admin and startup experience.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree, with 5-9 years in the field; CPA/CMA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-9 years of relevant VC/PE or Fund Admin experience.
• Startup experience is required.
• Desire to work in entrepreneurial small business setting.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the full financial lifecycle of a portfolio of venture funds.
• From partnership accounting and monthly close to LP communications and fund-level reporting.
• Be a trusted operator that GPs lean on.
