Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, economic development, public administration, data analytics, information systems, communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience
• Valid drivers' license and SSU MVR approval

Responsibilities

• Venture Development and Participant Support: Coordinate participant intake, onboarding, needs assessment, referrals, and follow-up for entrepreneurs and program participants.
• Data, Performance Measurement, and Reporting: Administer CRM, participant, venture, and program data systems; establish data-entry practices.
• Program Operations and Regional Partnership Coordination: Coordinate schedules, logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up for programs, meetings, and regional events.
• Track venture milestones, business formation, jobs created and retained, investment, revenue, and other outcomes.
• Connect founders with mentors, university resources, industry contacts, and capital-readiness support.
• Maintain relationships with regional partners, schools, employers, mentors, service providers, and community organizations.
• Develop dashboards, routine reports, and leadership summaries that support grant compliance and data-informed decisions.
