The role involves advising innovative/disruptive companies, entrepreneurs, and their financiers on corporate law, formation, venture capital transactions, M&A, and related matters.

Candidate must be admitted to practice in New York; expected salary range is $260,000 -

• Strong academic background.
• Fluency in Excel and cap table/waterfall modeling.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Passion for working with hard chargers in a fast-paced startup practice.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
