Qualifications

• Experience advising on a broad range of capital markets and securities transactions including IPOs, follow-ons, and ATM offerings.
• Strong knowledge of federal securities laws, SEC compliance, and NYSE/Nasdaq listing requirements.
• Ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing with minimal partner oversight.
