Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising on capital markets and securities transactions.
• Strong knowledge of federal securities laws and NYSE/Nasdaq rules.
• Ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital markets transactions including IPOs and follow-ons.
• Supervise junior associates and coordinate deal teams.
• Advise clients, interact with underwriters, and drafting materials.
• Support business development and client relationships.
