Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital work.
• Experience with NVCA documents and public offerings.
• Familiarity with technology, life sciences and CPG sectors.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible for waiver.

Responsibilities

• Advise startups and emerging growth companies on seed and venture capital financings.
• Manage domestic M&A transactions for startup companies and investors.
• Maintain and develop client and counsel relationships.
• Handle public offerings using NVCA documents.
