Job summary

California bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• At least four years of sophisticated corporate law practice in startup formation and venture capital.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Admission to practice law in California.

Responsibilities

• Manage venture capital deal execution end-to-end.
• Supervise and train junior attorneys on complex matters.
• Provide corporate and securities advice with a focus on startups and growth companies.
