The ideal candidate will manage venture capital deal execution, supervise and train more junior attorneys, and contribute to IPOs, equity capital markets, and public company reporting.

California bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• At least four years of sophisticated corporate law practice in startup formation and venture capital.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Admission to practice law in California.

Responsabilités

• Manage venture capital deal execution end-to-end.
• Supervise and train junior attorneys on complex matters.
