Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is seeking driven, collaborative individuals to join our Venture Capital Audit practice in downtown Seattle. The role requires in-office work three days per week with a start in early September 2027.

Our team audits over 2,000 investment funds annually, ranging from $30 million to $1+ billion, leveraging new tools to handle repetitive tasks and enable more advanced work. You will develop technical, professional, leadership and interpersonal skills to build a successful

Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's and/or Master's in accounting.
• Must meet educational requirements for CPA licensure prior to start date.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2, with a higher major GPA preferred.
• Final graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and engagement planning meetings.
• Participate in all phases of investment fund audits, reviews, and examinations.
• Apply analytical and technical skills to complete audit workpapers and procedures.
• Utilize valuation models to allocate fund manager vs. fund investor capital per fund agreements.
• Issue opinions regarding fund accounting and financial statements per US GAAP; provide assurance on investments.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of audit professionals.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in accounting

CPA licensure prerequisites
