Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is seeking driven, passionate, and collaborative individuals to join our Venture Capital Audit practice in Lehi, Utah. The role is based in our Salt Lake City office, with in-office work three days per week and a start window of Oct 5, 2026 through Nov 2, 2026.

You will participate in auditing investment funds, apply GAAP, and develop technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills within a fast-growing team serving progressive funds.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed accounting degree with emphasis in auditing.
• Eligible for California CPA licensure by start date.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA; higher major GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend client and engagement planning meetings.
• Participate in all phases of investment fund audits, reviews, and examinations.
• Apply analytical and technical skills to audit workpapers and procedures.
• Utilize valuation models to allocate fund capital per agreement.
• Issue opinions on fund accounting and GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with audit professionals.
