Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or engineering.
• Minimum 7+ years in startup formation or venture development.
• MBA is preferred for advancement and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate high-conviction venture opportunities after triage and viability review.
• Conduct technical, market, competitive, and financial diligence for early ventures.
• Translate science and clinical innovation into business cases and investor-ready narratives.
• Assess commercialization pathways for therapeutics, biologics, cell and gene therapy, small molecules.
• Prepare diligence materials and recommendations for go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with licensing, portfolio, legal, finance, and operations teams to progress opportunities.
• Support pitch materials, financial scenarios, and early go-to-market thinking.
