Qualifications

• Two years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in venture building or product development, ideally in healthcare or life sciences technology.

Responsibilities

• Support ideation by evaluating opportunities based on time to market and market potential.
• Develop and execute structured workplans to assess incubation opportunities with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Assist in the initial stages of company building, contributing to product development, business development, operations, and fundraising.
• Support leadership recruitment efforts by defining role profiles and sourcing candidates for new Vants.
• Collaborate with incubated ventures, working directly with leadership teams during key business inflection points, such as fundraising or strategic pivots.
