Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in venture capital, startups, or a related field.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to build investment theses.

Responsibilities

• Research healthcare opportunities and identify venture-backable spaces.
• Build competitive landscapes and market analyses to support investments.
• Develop investment theses and prioritize opportunities for Cedars-Sinai/Redesign Health collaboration.
• Coordinate with founders, clinicians, and stakeholders to explore partnerships and company creation.
• Draft end-to-end evaluation pathways and ensure alignment with internal processes.
• Support the launch of new venture-backed initiatives with clear execution steps.
