VC Stack is seeking an Associate to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence in a lean organization within the venture capital space.

The successful candidate will possess 4-7 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, or private equity, and ideally an MBA. With a keen understanding of business fundamentals and strong analytical skills, you will help drive investment decisions while collaborating closely with business leaders.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of work experience in venture capital, management consulting, or private equity.
• A network in the Boston start up ecosystem and understanding of the co-investor landscape.
• Ability to conduct thorough and accurate analyses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.
• Identify sectors and originate targeted investment opportunities based on research.
• Support the firm’s investment activities, including participation in management and board meetings.
