Molly Maid is seeking reliable house cleaners in the Ventura, CA area. No nights, no weekends, and a flexible schedule with paid weekly wages. A company car is provided for work and advancement opportunities are available as you grow with the team.

Benefits & Pay

They pay range for this job is $16.50 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.50 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly.

If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE!

• 5 days of paid vacation yearly after 1st year
• 5 days of paid sick time, after probation period
• Earn a 3% company match for your 401k contributions

• If you're a team lead (driving our vehicle): Manage the team's schedule and drive safely - The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
