Molly Maid in Rohnert Park, CA is seeking reliable cleaners to join our team. No prior experience required; we’ll train you in our proven cleaning process to delight customers and earn tips.

Expect a guaranteed minimum wage with potential to earn up to 26 dollars per hour depending on experience and speed, with weekly pay and a company car for certain roles. Schedule is stable and daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with all cleaning supplies provided and full training.

The pay range for this job is $18.00 to $26.00 an hour, depending on your experience, the quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – the team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – the team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
