Molly Maid in Petaluma, California, is seeking friendly, hard-working team members to clean customers' homes to Molly Maid standards. No experience required; training provided; emphasis on a stable schedule and opportunities to advance.

You will be paid weekly: $18–$26 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of $18 and potential to earn more with tips and driving a company car. Working Monday through Friday during the day; bilingual applicants preferred.

• If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

The pay range for this job is $18.00 to $26.00 an hour, depending on your experience, the quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm
• Bilingual preferred must be able to communicate with clients
