Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking reliable house cleaners in Larkfield, CA to join our team. No experience required; we provide training and you will clean homes following our proven process.

You can earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and the potential to make up to $26.00 per hour based on experience and performance. You’ll receive cleaning supplies, training, appointments, a uniform, and a company car while you work to avoid using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; able to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and process; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• If leading a team, manage schedules and drive safely; maintain equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $18.00 to $26.00 an hour, depending on your experience, the quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely - The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
