MTI Distribution in Grimes, IA seeks a Ventrac Sales Specialist to grow Ventrac equipment sales and market presence throughout Iowa. This role develops new business opportunities, builds customer relationships, conducts equipment demonstrations, and serves as the Ventrac product expert across commercial, municipal, golf, landscaping, agriculture, and contractor markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment sales or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment applications.
• Experience with CRM systems and territory management preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel throughout Iowa.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customer opportunities.
• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, contractors, schools, golf courses, landscapers, and other commercial customers.
• Provide consultative sales support from prospecting through delivery and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to generate leads and coordinate demonstrations.
