Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Ohio with RRT or CRT certification.
• Preferred experience in long-term care or ventilator unit.
• Strong clinical skills for patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments as prescribed.
• Manage ventilator-dependent residents effectively.
• Perform respiratory assessments and function tests.
• Document and report patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary care planning.
• Educate patients on respiratory therapies and equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
