Barrett Roofing is hiring Outside Roofing Sales Representatives in Michigan, Holly area, offering unmatched commission plans and a flexible 1099 compensation structure. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service, negotiation skills, and the drive to close deals in a competitive environment.

Expect 60%/100% commission plans, a strong team atmosphere, and no mandatory weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outside roofing or door-to-door sales preferred.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle to transport a ladder.
• Positive attitude, persistence and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Prompt response to all customer inquiries.
• Carrying ladders, climbing roofs, identifying storm damage and being present for insurance adjustments.
• Communicate effectively and display professional mannerism.
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
