Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to rotate between Vent and Core departments.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vent products according to production specifications.
• Review work instructions before beginning assembly.
• Follow blueprints and assembly requirements.
• Use hand tools during assembly operations.
• Safely operate power tools.
• Measure and position components as required.
• Assemble and secure parts according to instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify obvious assembly defects or workmanship concerns.
• Maintain consistent production standards.
• Rotate between Vent and Core departments as needed.
