Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in third-party risk management, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related discipline.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using governance, risk, compliance, and data analytics platforms (ServiceNow, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView).
• Experience developing and presenting risk metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience partnering with legal and procurement on cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to strengthen third-party risk assessments and control environments.
• Oversee execution of third-party assurance programs with regulatory alignment.
• Prepare and deliver reporting and metrics on risk trends and program effectiveness.
• Partner with control owners to establish cyber, technology, and data control requirements.
• Serve as a liaison across supplier management, technology risk, product security, and governance teams.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to support risk analysis, reporting, and insights.
• Promote AI-assisted approaches while maintaining auditability and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor industry developments and evolving best practices in third-party risk management.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement to embed cyber & data protection requirements.
