Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles is seeking a Vendor Risk Management Analyst to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks in vendor relationships. Located in our Global Services Office with a hybrid schedule, this role focuses on due diligence, risk profiling, and continuous improvement of vendor programs.

You will develop risk strategies, analyze performance metrics, and prepare management dashboards. Four+ years of vendor risk experience and a Bachelor's or higher are required; a Fortune 500

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of vendor risk management or related experience.
• Experience at a professional services firm or Fortune 500 preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and provide reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vendor performance and compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Analyze vendor performance metrics to assess service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Coordinate and conduct vendor audits and document findings.
• Maintain vendor risk policies; align with industry best practices.
