Job summary

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the vendor risk program, classify third-party vendors, and build foundational knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of coursework towards a Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management.
• Working knowledge of fundamental risk principles and leading practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vendor risk assessments for due diligence and ongoing oversight using established criteria, tools, and procedures.
• Classify third-party vendors and ensure questionnaires are completed accurately for products and services.
• Maintain risk assessment documentation with findings, ratings, justifications, and recommendations.
• Maintain third-party data integrity and inventory in the risk management system.
• Prepare dashboards and reports summarizing periodic vendor review results.
• Support monitoring of KRIs as directed.
• Develop knowledge of regulations governing third-party vendor relationships for compliance.
• Participate in team training on best practices in vendor risk management.
