Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, IT or related field with junior standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to summarize clearly.
• Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct effective research using the internet and other resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist department team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Participate in meetings, client interactions, and cross-functional discussions.
• Support preparation, documentation, and organization of materials and reports.
• Assist with data gathering, analysis, and summarization to support decisions.
• Contribute to compliance and process improvement initiatives as directed.
• Perform research and present findings clearly.
• Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
