Job summary

Globe Life in McKinney, TX is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on exposure to risk frameworks, COSO ERM, and GRC technology while supporting day-to-day risk activities.

The program runs June 7 through August 13, 2027, spanning 10 weeks of mentored projects, risk assessments, data collection, and reporting, with on-site collaboration, workshops, and networking events to build foundational industry experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under supervision in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and update risk documentation and reporting with guidance.
• Support data entry and maintenance in Archer GRC platform.
• Gather data to support risk assessments and reporting.
• Research emerging risk topics and summarize findings for review.
• Assist with qualitative and quantitative data gathering on risk events.
• Help develop charts and presentations for risk communications.
