Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a team member to support a smooth member shopping experience by processing and sorting damaged or defective merchandise and returns, while maintaining accurate stock and following safety procedures.

You will follow club policies, assist with salvage and donations, and work with other team members to keep the floor clean, organized, and stocked. Join us to grow with a company that values speed, teamwork and service.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort damaged or defective merchandise and returns following company procedures.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and re-wrap sellable merchandise as needed.
• Maintain correct stock/inventory status for damaged, defective and returned merchandise.
