Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring team members to support a smooth shopping experience by processing and sorting damaged or defective items and handling returns with care.

You will help protect inventory, assist with vendor processes, and wrap and prepare merchandise for resale while following safety and club standards. The role focuses on teamwork, speed, and accurate execution in a fast-paced retail environment, with a commitment to excellent member service and adherence to GOLD standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and sort damaged/defective merchandise and returns.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and re-wrap sellable items.
• Maintain accurate inventory status and support club policies and safety.
• Assist with inventory counts and safety walks as needed.
