Job summary

The Moscoe Group is seeking an entry level Associate Account Manager in Minnesota. This non-exempt, hybrid role involves assisting our sales teams, handling pre- and post-sales tasks, and collaborating across merchandising, inventory, and operations to support Target and our vendors.

You will work with internal teams to optimize product lines, manage data, and help drive partner performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams to optimize partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Item setup and management for Target and other clients.
• Create detailed in-store retail comparison reports for clients.
• Pull weekly sales and inventory reports for Target and clients.
• Coordinate samples between clients and Target.
• Enter data on forms and templates for Target and clients.
• Follow-up emails and/or calls to move tasks forward.
• Track purchase orders, ship/arrival dates.
• Support other duties as assigned.
