Acosta is seeking an Associate Business Manager (Target) to support sales, eCommerce and retail services from our Eden Prairie, MN office. This role helps the Target Business Manager drive mutual business goals for Acosta and assigned vendor clients.

The position emphasizes collaboration across supply chain, analytics, and planning, managing new item creation, and assisting in the development of promotional plans with insightful metrics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, eCommerce, analytics, and customer planning to execute business strategies.
• Own the new item creation and item management process with internal and external contacts.
• Engage in proactive, administrative communication to ensure smooth information flow with vendor partners and Target.
• Create compelling sales presentations and engaging category reviews.
• Develop strategic promotional plans and monitor execution with key metrics and analyses.
