Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a robust network of preferred client vendors, prime vendors, and American vendors. The ideal candidate will leverage these relationships to effectively market and submit our bench consultants' profiles directly to clients, ensuring optimal placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and nurture existing relationships with preferred client vendors, prime vendors, and American vendors.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors to expand our network.
  • Bench Sales:
  • Market bench consultants' profiles to suitable vendors and clients.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process for bench consultants.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable bench consultants.
  • Ensure timely submission of profiles and follow-ups with clients/vendors.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure all submissions comply with client and vendor requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT staffing, vendor management, or bench sales.
  • Proven track record of successful placements through vendor networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends.
