Job summary

ACAP is seeking an Accounting and Vendor Relations Analyst in Washington, DC, with hybrid work flexibility. You will support third-party vendor programs, non-dues revenue tracking, sponsor communications, and related accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with management, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in project management or accounting support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM (Salesforce) and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounts receivable for non-dues revenue programs.
• Support vendor relations and sponsorships with internal teams.
• Prepare financial reports and manage invoices and payments.
• Maintain Salesforce database and assist in budgeting and audit prep.
• Coordinate webinars, vendor communications, and conference logistics.
