Job summary

Honor Foods in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Vendor Rebate & Financial Programs Manager to lead rebate and trade spend programs, optimize revenue, and manage financial operations on-site.

This leadership role partners with executive leadership to drive process improvements, implement automation, and ensure GAAP compliance across reporting, reconciliations, and vendor claims.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in rebate, trade spend, commercial finance, revenue management, or financial operations.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Passion for improving processes and solving problems.
