• Experience managing or auditing multi-entity or multi-location operations.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights for business partners.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; confidence presenting to senior leadership and clients.
• Experience with data and analytics.
• Food service experience is a plus.

• Oversee billing, cash flow, and working capital management, including AR and DSO performance.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and reconciliations, ensuring financial integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting, controls, and financial transparency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sector-level Finance and Field Operations teams.

We are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to lead financial oversight for a food service operation within a premier financial institution.
