Job summary

Serco Inc. invites qualified candidates for a Vendor Qualification Support role supporting the US Navy's Submarine In-service Program Office.

You will design and maintain Power Platform solutions to automate vendor qualification processes and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders across the QPL lifecycle. Successful applicants will hold a Bachelor's or higher, have 6+ years in related fields (or 8+ with associate, or 10+ with high school), and be eligible for DoW Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Associate degree with 8 years of related field experience.
• High school diploma with 10 years of related field experience.
• Strong foundation in data and business analytics.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Advanced data visualization tools (PowerBI) and knowledge of a scientific programming language.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Discretion in performing specified work requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated support to enhance and streamline the vendor qualification timeline by designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility for the QPL.
• Create workflows, applications, and reports that support tracking, management, and analysis of vendor qualification from start to finish.
• Provide data analysis for reports and business analytics to drive actionable insights.
• Participate in operations research and systems analysis.
• Ensure data governance and data quality in analytics.
• Engage in stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
