Job summary

Serco is seeking a Vendor Qualification Support professional to support Team Submarine and the US Navy, focusing on data-driven vendor qualification processes and Power Platform automation. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and the ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance.

You will design workflows, generate reports, and provide analytics to streamline the qualification timeline, ensuring data governance and effective stakeholder communication across programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree with 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma with 10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong data and business analytics foundation; ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated support to enhance and streamline the vendor qualification timeline by designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility for the QPL.
• Create workflows, applications, and reports to track, manage, and analyze the vendor qualification process from start to finish.
• Analyze data for reports and business analytics to drive actionable insights.
• Participate in operations research and systems analysis.
• Ensure data governance and quality in analytics and reporting.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report on progress; support continuous improvement.
