Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, test, and support low-code solutions for Navy and commercial programs.

You will work within the Maritime Engineering Operation (MEO) to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable business and data solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, plus the ability to collaborate with mission stakeholders, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance preferred/required
• 3+ years of industry experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoN/DoD security accreditation
• On-site presence at Arlington, VA three days a week

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps (canvas/model‑driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards for Navy/workflow needs
• Integrate Power Platform with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors and patterns; implement secure APIs
• Ensure compliance with Navy security policies, STIGs, ATO and data handling rules
• Develop Dataverse data models; manage connectors (SharePoint, SQL); design secure access and RBAC
• Conduct solution validation, unit/integration testing, UAT, and support cutover/sustainment
• Troubleshoot production incidents; monitor performance and perform tuning/refactoring
• Participate in design reviews; provide runbooks, training materials and user training
