Job summary

Macy's in the United States is seeking a Vendor Paid Selling Specialist to drive vendor sales while delivering a premium customer experience. You will leverage vendor product knowledge and strong selling skills to maximize revenue and partner with store leadership and vendor representatives.

This full-time role requires dependable attendance, the ability to work retail hours, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year merchandising or retail experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management.
Basic math functions and use of a calculator.
Flexible with scheduling and able to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

Deliver a memorable customer experience.
Drive vendor sales by consistently demonstrating exceptional selling skills.
Partner with Customer Experience Manager to identify business driving opportunities to drive top line sales.
Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority.
Leverage product knowledge to educate and assist the customer in making the best choice.
Convert customers into clients.
Maintain a clean, neat and easy-to-shop store environment.
